Step 1: Check your email to create an account with Kajabi and access your online courses

NOTE: You may need to check your spam folder and make sure to whitelist the UnconsciousU email address so that you receive all of the necessary information regarding your course.

How to ensure you receive UnconsciousU emails...

Whitelisting is the process of adding an email to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam folder. Instead, when a recipient whitelists an email address, they are confirming that they know and trust the sender.

How to whitelist an email in Google:

  1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select "See all settings" from the Quick Settings menu.
  2. Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.
  3. Select "Create a new filter."
  4. Add a specific email or a whole domain in the "From" field.
  5. Click "Create filter."
  6. Check "Never send it to Spam" in the checkbox.
  7. Click "Create filter."

How to whitelist an email in Outlook:

  1. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."
  2. Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
  3. Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
  4. Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
  5. Enter the email address that you want whitelisted.
  6. Choose "Save."

Step 2: Create a Kajabi account and download the Kajabi App

Download and Install Kajabi App

This will allow you to access all of your UnconsciousU Material and Courses!

  1. Go to the App Store and search for Kajabi App OR Go to Google and type in Kajabi App
  2. Click Download or Install Kajabi App
  3. Once downloaded or installed click “OPEN” then click “Get Started”
  4. Type in the email you used when you purchased your course
  5. Check your email for the code to confirm your address with Kajabi (you can confirm right from your email or type in the 6-letter code directly into the app)
  6. Next, select your "site" This will be The Unconscious Coach site

Congratulations you can now access all of your sites, click “The Unconscious Coach” to access your course. Enjoy!
